Our History

Aberdeen Judo Club was formed in 1952 and over the past 50 years it has produced many successful players and played host to many famous faces including Brian Jacks and Anton Geesink. Over its first 50 years the Club has been resident in a wide variety of premises from the basement of a public house to an Army hut! Thankfully, for the past 16 years we have enjoyed excellent training facilities at the Aberdeen Beach Leisure Centre.
